COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Freescale Semiconductor 01-W3964B-13C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Accuweb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the 1025T3525 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 125V4060 manufactured by Reliance-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 15X3U404301 by Manufacturer Accuweb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lam-Research Brand 0276810202 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fisher-Rosemount such as 12P1442X022 equipment made by Fisher-Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fisher-Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fisher-Rosemount" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 11022CLONG made by Gusher-Pump as well as the popular 137D5161G1 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 064892002 by Accuray and 12P1442X022 spares by Fisher-Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 114824114822 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electroglas. |
